Responsibilities & Context

  • Please don’t apply if you don’t have Performance Management/KPI experience.
  • Facilitate to process of Performance Management that measures performance and supports achievement of Business goals.
  • Facilitate to goal setting and revision of KRAs with Department/ Business Unit Heads annually.
  • Collect performance data from concern department/Business unit on timely basis for preparation of performance MIS.
  • Verify /validate provided data for accurate presentation of performance graph.
  • Proper documentation of all appraisal forms, feedback, letters etc. for all Employees of the organization.
  • Facilitation of performance reviews through emails, notice boards, etc, as well and ensure a feedback mechanism is implemented and utilized effectively.
  • Preparation of MIS of eligible employees at the end of every year as per policy guidelines.
