(FAL) is set up to offer a wide range of services right from market insight /trend, design support, fabric R&D to final product, and a testing lab in collaboration with Brachi Testing Services, Italy. FAL manufacturing units are equipped with state of art infrastructure to produce all category & types of knits, woven, outerwear, and outdoor performance technical apparels for active sports.

Products

Fakir Apparels is a company that manufactures menswear, womenswear and kidswear. They are well equipped to make outfits which not only look nice but are also very functional. They achieve “Total Customer Satisfaction” through “Total Quality Control”. They have an in-house printing, wash and embroidery facility that allows them to make any desired designs. They use acid washes, CPD, pigments dye along with appliqués on the best quality fabric to create hot selling garments. They also make dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tanks, camisoles, sweat dresses, shorts, leggings, sweatshirts all expertly managed by their fully skilled team. Having in-house printing and embroidery facility enables them to make the latest designs for womenswear. Onesies, kid’s jumpsuits, t-shirt sets, shorts, hoodies, sweatshirts, capes are manufactured at their factory covering sizes from preemies to pre-teens since 1998. The garments manufactured are of best quality so that the consumer may get the best value from the product. At Fakir Apparels they ensure that kids wear garments meet all the international quality parameters. Special care is taken for fabric hand feel and garment safety so that the tiny bodies can grow and explore their world safely.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

The Human Resource Department is responsible for attracting, developing and maintaining a talented and energetic workforce to achieve vision, mission, objectives as strategies deployed by Fakir Apparels Ltd. HRM is considered a business partner instead of a business process at FAL and people are perceived as the biggest asset that drives growth and development through their own. The HR department plays an essential role in attracting and recruiting talent to an organization. They may work with managers to develop recruitment goals and identify the types of applicants they want to reach or roles they need to fill. HR departments are often responsible for finding, screening, interviewing, onboarding and training job candidates. HR departments also oversee employee compensation and benefit programs.

SOCIAL COMPLIANCE

The sustainability team of Fakir Apparels Ltd. ensures that there is no violation of CoC/CoE and the clauses of the Law of the Land throughout the organization. It aims to adopt sustainable systems, capacity, infrastructure, environment & society by monitoring and acting on data to evaluate risk & the overall supply chain to ensure long term profitability for all stakeholders. The team focuses and aligns the team accordingly and promotes approaching these goals proactively.
